St. Mary's Elementary School

POLICIES & PROCEDURES:
Transportation at Drop Off & Pick Up Locations

All children are to gather at the playground before the school bell by 8:50.

Gr. 1-7 parents may park on side streets near the school and walk their children to the playground. There are also two gates near the playground where parents may drop off children without getting out of the car.

  • 1) Enter Austrey Ave. from McHardy and then exit the alley back onto McHardy, or
  • 2) Enter by the cul-de-sac on Clive Street and then exited via the lane out to Vanness, ensuring one-way traffic and the safety of our students.

Only Kindergarten parents or parents who need disabled parking may use the driveway off Joyce into the south parking lot to park their vehicle and walk their child to the school.

Supervisors are present before school to ensure safety, and parents must use caution for vehicles exiting the south parking lot after Mass. Please respect and follow the directions of the traffic supervisors.
